Hello my name is Christine Guyon and I am a Reiki III Master. I would like to welcome you to my web site. I thank you for your interest.

Back in 1998 I realized I had some form of healing potential. My palms would tingle whenever I was around someone who was ill and my hands would become hot. It appeared that people would feel better if I touched them, but I did not know why.

Over the next year I attended Psychic fairs and festivals to try and find out what could be happening to me and I was told time and time again that I was a healer and I should find out about training to develop this gift.

My first port of call was the local spiritualist church -  I went along to witness a healing service. I was fascinated watching the healers at work and then it was my turn for some healing. I was so nervous as I didn't know what to expect !  Although it was pleasant it did not "feel" the right place for me.

I continued looking and Reiki kept coming up. I had seen the name at Mind Body Spirit exhibitions and magazine articles. One day I plucked up courage and asked a young man who was offering Reiki at a psychic fair "what is Reiki?" He explained about the universal energy and Reiki symbols and its history. as he spoke I knew this was what I needed to do.

Then I began my search for a Reiki Master. As I had a young family I did not want to be away from home too long and did not want to be to have to study too far from home. I also knew I wanted to do  Reiki I/Reiki II at the same time. Then "out of the blue" a booklet was sent to me containing information on a wide range of complementary therapies and training courses.

I turned the pages and there was a photo of a man smiling out at me, the love that flared from that photograph was overwhelming. As I read the article I saw his name was spelled the same way as my maiden name, the courses were held over a weekend , they were not too far away and the contact person had the same first name as me! I had finally found my Teacher.

So, a month later I received my Reiki I/II training with a small group. I found it to be so natural but so awe inspiring and spiritual at the same time. I can honestly say my view of life changed that weekend. 

These years on and I am older, hopefully wiser but still in awe of the power of Reiki, I am now a Reiki III master and am honoured that I am able to share it with so many people. My family, pets and plants(!) have all benefited as well as friends and work colleagues, even unsettling situations have been eased with the energy of Reiki. I have also given demonstrations of Reiki at the same healing exhibitions, both local and in London, I used to go to when I first started out!
